Her career began in teaching at schools in England before progressing to the role of headmistress. She then transitioned to the international school industry, where she became a founding principal and executive director of four international schools in Korea, China, and the USA.

As an experienced senior educator, she possesses extensive practical and executive experience in both British and international headships. She is recognized as an inspirational leader with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and nurturing skills, which support and enable children, parents, and staff to strive for success, fulfillment, and unity.

Currently, she acts as a lead consultant for the creation of international schools around the globe, leveraging her expertise to guide and develop new educational institutions. Additionally, she is a commercially aware school development and start-up specialist with a positive, inclusive, can-do attitude. Her vision and practical skills consistently motivate, create, and deliver exceptional educational experiences.
